The total costs of the two year pilot project Grow Up Like Others are 287,000 EUR. The European Commission has – by means from the Tacis programme – donated
70 % of these costs (198,000 EUR). Of the remaining 89,000 EUR the Russian partner Ministry of Social Welfare of the Moscow Region provided residence for the first therapeutic commu­nity and paid expenses to run this community.
